Annual Meeting – January 29
Saint George’s Annual Meeting takes place on January 29. A luncheon will be served at 11:45 a.m. and the business meeting follows in the sanctuary. Child care will be provided.
At this meeting, official reports are presented and elections held for parish leadership positions. Nominations are now being accepted for three positions on the Vestry. The term of each candidate is three years. If you would like to nominate someone for Vestry, or if you would like to “run for office,” Please contact Frank Rogers.
Positions are also available for synod and deanery representatives.
Committee and Ministry Reports
Committee and ministry reports are due to the church office by Monday, January 16. Reports may be e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Hard copies will also be accepted.

Saint George’s White Chili is back for Super Bowl Sunday! Order your chili for pick‐up on Sunday, February 5, after morning services until 3:00pm. The cost is $9 per quart when ordered in advance or $10 per quart on February 5. A sign-up sheet is located in the Parish Hall. Proceeds will benefit Beacon Ministry.

Our vestry needs a clerk! This job entails producing minutes for all vestry meetings. For more information, or to volunteer, please contact the parish office or the rector.
The Saint Mark, Saint George’s Pantry needs the following items: dish and clothing detergent, shampoo, tooth paste, tooth brushes, bar soap, juice, and cornmeal muffins. Donations should be left at the pantry desk.
