Sunday School Classes for all Ages:

Children and youth gather in the Chapel at 9:00 am to sing and pray together before moving to their classrooms. Children age 3 through 5th grade use Godly Play, and our teens use Living the Good News.

The Rector’s Forum meets in the Parish Hall at 9:10, and is studying the Christian faith and life from an Anglican and Episcopalian point of view.  This week Fr. Dale will speak about the Reformation, begun by Martin Luther in 1517, and about the method Anglicans use for making decisions in the Church: Scripture as foundation, supported by Tradition (the Church’s understanding historically), and interpreted by Reason.  Everyone is welcome!

The Lambeth Bible Study, an experiential and meditative approach to scripture, meets in the Conference Room at 9:15 each Sunday.

How to receive Communion – This is Christ’s Body and Blood. Receive the consecrated wafer in your hands and raise it to your mouth to consume, or receive it directly on your tongue. (A Gluten Free host is available – let us know if you need this option.) Assist in guiding the Chalice to your lips. If for personal reasons such as illness you wish to receive by “intinction”, leave the wafer on your palm and the Chalice Bearer will pick it up, intinct and place it on your tongue. Do not intinct yourself – this prevents fingers from touching the wine. If you do not wish to receive the chalice, cross your arms over your chest.
