Announcements for June 30

CONGRATULATIONS to Susan Reese and Zach Causey on the birth of their daughter, Felicity, born June 24, 2012 and weighing 8lbs, 4oz!

BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION: Bill Hutchinson, a long time parishioner at St. George’s, will be celebrating his 95th birthday on July 8th. His daughter, Sandy, is requesting that anyone who remembers Bill send him a birthday card at 193 Northridge Dr., Willoughby, OH, 44107.

FOOD PANTRY NEEDS: Jello, dried milk, muffin mix, spaghetti sauce and boxes of macaroni & cheese, toiletries (soap, deodorant, toothpaste, razors, shaving cream, etc,). Plastic and paper grocery bags are also needed. Any contribution of food, paper product, or toiletries will be accepted and are greatly appreciated!

MEALS ON WHEELS NEEDS YOUR HELP! Delivery of meals for the Meals on Wheels program is going strong and program coordinator, Judy Denning, is grateful for the active volunteers from St. George’s, but she’s in need of additional volunteers to deliver meals. Volunteers will come to the parish hall between 10:00 – 10:30 am to pick up the meals and each route consists of approximately 12-14 stops. Deliveries can be made individually or in pairs. Volunteers are reimbursed 40¢ per mile. Please contact Judy at 334-6575 or the church office at 233-6320 if you can help.

HELP WANTED: Volunteers are needed with lawn maintenance for the month of July. Contact Joe Hooten at 235-7290 to help.

THE SCHOOL SUPPLY DRIVE benefitting the Franklin Neighborhood Association begins Sunday, July 15 and runs through Sunday, August 12. Purchased items can be dropped by the church office during the week, or can be placed in the Canterbury Room on Sunday. Items being collected include the following:
