ADULT FORUM

Fr. Dale will teach about our heritage as Anglicans & Episcopalians using slides, and the book he edited (available in St. George’s Gift Shop), Archbishop Michael Ramsey’s The Anglican Spirit.  The book was originally published in 1991, & re-published by the Episcopal Church’s “Church Publishing” as a Seabury classic in 2004.  It includes a Foreword by the present Archbishop of Canterbury, Rowan Williams.

THE YOUTH GROUP is taking pie orders for Thanksgiving – order form on the table in the Canterbury Room:  Pecan, Chocolate Chip Pecan, Pumpkin, 2 layer Pumpkin, 2 layer Chocolate, Lemon Meringue, Apple Crumb Cherry Crumb.  Pies ready for pick-up, Wed. Nov. 25, 5-7, in PH.

THE WEDG (WOMEN’S ECUMENICAL DINING GROUP) will be gathering at Fischer’s Restaurant on Thurs., Dec. 3, at 6:30 pm for our annual Advent dinner. It is located at 2100 W. Main, Belleville, 233-1131. Please call the office, 233-6320, for reservations by Tues., Dec. 1.

MAXWELL’S RESTAURANT, 10^th & West Main St., Belleville, will give 10% of total sales on Wed., Dec. 9, to St. George’s Church.

Donations may be shared with others.  If no one signs up for altar flowers the Altar Guild pays for them.  Sanctuary light list is also posted – cost is $5.
