OFFICE HOURS THE WEEK OF DECEMBER 25. The office will be closed on Mon., Dec. 26 and Fri., Dec. 30. The office will be open from 9 am – Noon Dec. 27-Dec. 29. No Eucharist on Wed., Dec. 28.
Fr. Dale will be on vacation the week after Christmas. Pr. Ron Neustadt will be our guest celebrant on Jan. 1- The Feast of the Holy Name of Jesus.
STEWARDSHIP The “official” Ingathering was Nov. 13. Thank you to all who submitted their pledges. For those who haven’t, it’s not too late. Please place your pledge card in the collection plate or send it to the church office. This helps us do a better job with developing next year’s budget.
THE CRISIS FUND is in need of donations. If you are looking for a place to make a donation before the end of the year please take this worthwhile service into consideration. Thank you very much.
2012 FLOWER CHART IS POSTED ON THE KIOSK IN THE PARISH HALL. The cost of the altar flowers is $40. Altar flowers can be given in memory of a loved one or occasion of celebration. Open dates: Feb. 12; July 8, 29; Sept. 2, 16, 30; Oct. 14; Nov. 25 & Dec. 30.
Parishioners are reminded that contributions or pledge payments must be postmarked by Saturday December 31 to qualify for a 2011 tax deduction.
ANNUAL MEETING ON SUNDAY, JANUARY 29, 2012. Elections will be held for 3 Vestry members for a 3 year term; 5 Synod Delegates and 2 Deanery Delegates. Nominees must be confirmed communicants in good standing. For more information; contact Sarah Bender, Lana Kincaid or Fred McNitt. Commission chairs and parish officers’ reports should be submitted to the office by Thurs., Jan. 19 to be included in the booklet printed for the Annual meeting.

TWO VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED FOR THE FOOD PANTRY, the third Tuesday of the month from 9:00 am – Noon. The Food Pantry can also use more substitute. If you can help, please call Margaret Brown at 741-0303 or the office, 233-6320.
